Default Diet Diaries

Have you wanted to do an online diary of your weight loss efforts but don't know much about html and webpage making? Well I found a really cool site - you can do your diary online, share it with others and get to know other "losers" in the community.

Its "www.dietdiaries.com"
And seems like a good site

Hello!
My name is Kayla and i am starting out at about the same weight as you! i have lost about 4 pounds so far in the last week just by watching my diet and exercise! I also keep a journal in my room that i write in everyday! There is a shake that you can drink while eating no other food or beverages for two days. all you drink is the shake throughout the day for two days. It takes alot of willpower but it works....and you can lose about 10 pounds just by doing this! The shake consists of one cup of grape juice, one cup of cranberry juice, one cup of soy milk, one cup of low fat vanilla yogurt and half a teaspoon of wheat germ! blend them all up and drink it throughout the day...make two batches...one for each day! if you want to try this me and my friends are doing it monday and tuesday! so let me know if youre in and we can get eachother goin!

Sorry shakes don't do it for me at all. I have to eat real food. I crave substance, texture, etc. I like real food Good luck with your journey though and thank for you input

From what I understand though liquid diets are usually just temporary. I've heard you can lose many pounds in a few days, but your body just jumps back after you are back to real eating. I don't plan on doing any program that I can't see myself doing for the rest of my life.
