I can't believe the weather you southerners are going through! We are expecting freezing rain by morning. The whole continent will be an ice bucket! except California, of course!

I'm home for the night and don't intend to budge tomorrow if we are iced in. I just ordered a generator to be installed so that I'll have water, light and warmth over the winter if (and when) the power goes off. Everyone is invited here for a party!

It's funny to read about snow in Texas when it has been rather warm in Ohio. For most of the week I was able to go outside with a light jacket on.

Did any one catch Oprah? The You on A Diet has been the rage. I have not bought the book but I am checking the lables on things and trying to avoid the the sugars and sat. fats. It is amazing how much sugar is hidden in diet foods. I guess you could say I'm still on SB but also following You on A Diet.

Hope everyone feels better. I seem to have picked up something too. I work in daycare. I do remember one of my little darlilngs sneezing in my face.
