All I needed was protein

  • I made it through day one of phase I. I am excited. As I said before this is not my first time losing weight. I have tried the "diet supplements" that are supposed to curb appetite and help you lose weight. I am very pleased that on this plan I don't need to count calories and I'm not hungry because I am getting adequate protein and plenty of veggies. Who knew that I didn't need to spend tons of money on pills? All I needed was a chicken breast!
  • Great! Remember that legumes and milk are also part of this plan. I've started a Phase I thread for chickies starting this week.
