I want to make WW Piza Dough to make a veggie pizza today for a picnic - quick question - I have Fleischmann's Rapid Rise Yeast - it was out of date in May - do you think it is ok to use?????? HEP
I'd start with fresher yeast. I don't think you can "proof" the rapid rise to see if it's OK. It's not worth a screw-up.
If you want to drive up here, I have some new stuff that expires Jan 07!
