Default Newbie w/protein shake ?

Newbie here!! Hello everyone!
I'm on my second day and feeling good. I did have a headache yesterday and some stomach rumblings today but nothing I can't handle. I do have a protein shake question. I searched and it seems that a using protein powder is fine (I'm going to do some searching for one that has the most nutritional bang) but I'm not clear if it is okay to mix with a SF/FF Soy milk. Doing this for breakfast or a snack would be great for me. Any insight would be great!

TIA

rn

to The Beach. Be sure to check out the FAQ and the recipe sections. There are shakes in there under Phase I breakfasts.
Go right ahead. I prefer the whey protein powder to the soy as too much soy can affect the thyroid. Just be sure there are no sugars added to the powder. If you want to UP the protein, add some of those pasteurized egg whites from the carton.
