I am starting TOMORROW!!

  • Tomorrow I am going to start the diet...again...it has been so hard for me..but since i found this site..its like there are so many other people to hang in there with me!! My goal is to lose 25lbs but if i lose more than that...that is totally fine with me! haha Today i kind of ate a lot...but its just b/c tomorrow i know i have to get serious...I am going to do it this time....i keep telling myself that... Its just so hard sometimes..i feel like i have no will power... i guess i just have to keep my goal in mind..i wonder how long it is going to take me to reach it... i wish i could lose it by the first of june for my vacation but im not even going to try to have that as my goal bc i will be setting myself up for failure..My goal is to lose 25lbs by the end of July...i dont think that is to much...right? haha Anyway....im going to try not to weigh myself for a week and i will keep you posted....i will definitely be posting a lot i get really BAD cravings...and on top of that i work at an ICECREAM PLACE AHHH!!! Oh i have a question...can you have sugar free-fat free vanilla icecream on phase 1?

  • Hkk: Welcome to the beach ! We all would love to lose quickly ! Who wouldn't....but hmm it took us how long to put it on ? We are trying to eat healthy and slowly retrain our palates and thought processes when it comes to food /sustinence..

Plan ahead darlin, to fight off the urge fer ice cream ! You can have up to 75 cals a day of SF treats., and there is a limit on dairy products.. concentrate on jello, or PB cups instead of ice cream.
