Good morning everyone :wave:

Is it Friday yet?!? :?: It already feels like it's been such a long week. My only delight has been reading everyone's funny stories - it gets me through the day.

I added in a cup of yogurt yesterday - but no cheating - today I feel blah. I'm thinking I need to only add WG bread and get rid of the yogurt. Too much sugar or something. :shrug:

Well - I'm off to deliver trainings today so I won't be able to read everyones posts till tonight. Hope everyone has a wonderful and OP day!

Mornin' ladies! Eating my cereal and racing off to work so I can't respond to everyone... made whole wheat pasta with sateed veggies can of tomatoes chicken sausage and low fat cheese for dinner last night... was yummy!

Nothing exciting going on, already ready for the weekend... hope everyone has a great day!

Good morning everyone!

I am running out the door but I had to reply to Rose's post from yesterday. Rose, we started SBD on the very same day, it sounds like. I also am going to add one fruit. Now, I have one starch and two fruits (usually strawberries --our local ones are fresh and wonderful now) plus an apple.

My weight loss has totally stalled this week, so maybe the ww bread was too much? I did cheat with truffles but even before that I hadn't lost. Almost TOM though. I do feel much better than I did before I started SBD, plus I have lost a lot of weight, but of course I want instant results. Rose, you are doing so well!:carrot:

quick pop in-today my son and I are trying out a complimentary class at the new Little Gym here. He's 23 mo and the class is appropriately called "Beasts":rofl:

My arms are ridiculously burning after my PT appt yesterday. It was really good and helpful b/c i just don't think that you can ever push yourself as hard as someone else can. But there was a scheduling mix-up and he had to train another girl at the same time-now no big deal normally but a [b]-itchy college cheerleader, are ya kidding me?:rollpin: but I still can see how this can be addicting and it's sooo expensive, I told dh that it was a "complimentary" session...whoops I still have 3 more paid for so i'd better fess up soon...a little loving, a day of golf, some meat, we'll be good as new!!:D

Hi! I'm down 2 more pounds this week. Yay!!! I can't believe it!
I don't know if I should say this but I'm actually starting to notice more men staring at me than in a long, long time & I don't think it's just because of my new car because I've been noticing it all of the time. I love it!
Is it only Tuesday? I thinks it's gonna be a slow day!
I can't wait to get back to the gym tonight & speed up this great transformation to my body!

Weezle, I'm glad we've all got a place here for us to vent. Sometime I just hate people. Who do they think they are?
Believe it or not, I went to a Lutheran School for preschool - 8th grade & we did that dress up week, too, and our colors were blue & white!

freaky - I do the same thing. I lose weight all week and then put it on over the weekend. At least this weekend I stayed OP but just ate a bit too much starchy stuff.

cottage and Schatzi - Oh, I love to garden. Maybe I'll have some time after work today. The weather is so nice to be outside.

mama - You are going through such a tough time. I hope you son gets better soon and you are able to get some more sleep.

bella - Our birthday parties at work are so unhealthy and yet so tempting that I work from home on those days. Otherwise, I don't know if I would have the willpower to stay OP.

Jana - Good luck at the dentist!

Ruth - Good job keeping them from taking advantage of you. Sometimes I think the hardest thing to say is NO.

pear - Hope you feel better.

Hoosier - Congrats on the weight loss!

Kiko - Enjoy Spring Break! You deserve it. Oh, I wanted to say that the picture of you and your DH is really nice. You both look so good!

ckb - I've never seen yogurt work that way with me. Make sure you drink your milk if you aren't going to eat yogurt. You need your calcium - now I sound like my mom ;)

sarah - Sounds like a good dinner. Our family loves whole wheat pasta. Tonight is Eggplant Parmesan with either WW penne or bowtie. I'll probably let Brian decide.

Maureen - Give you body some time to adjust to phase 2. It will be a slower loss.

batmomm - I've never used a pt (too cheap, I guess) but I know I work a lot harder when I take an exercise class. I am still sore from Saturday's Powerflex.

Demeter - Have fun at the gym! Men do notice more.

beachgal - I am really sorry to hear about your leg. I know how much working out means to you. And I remember trying to deal with a two story house after having foot surgery. I think I slept on the couch for awhile rather than deal with the stairs.

Me - I'm going to have a hard time getting as much exercise as I had planned in my weekly goal. I just found out I have a meeting Wednesday with the rest of the Twilight Camp staff and I forgot about plans for Friday night. Maybe I can at least get a walk in.

Good mornin' ya'll

I've been MIA for a while, a lot of stress in my household, but I feel like I'm getting back in control. So I want to get my spot back on the beach. I haven't been toooo bad. But bad enough to gain 5 lbs in the last month and half. Things just weren't going well, and still aren't great but like I said I feel more in control and think I can get back OP more confidently. I stocked the fridge w/ good stuff and made a good soup last night, I went through the recipe section again and came across an easy spicy chicken soup. It was pretty good, it does have a kick though, whooooooo.

I hope everyone is doing great, and on my free time today I'm gonna go back and read up on what everybody has been doing. Everybody take care and I'm glad to be back, I've missed ya'll ;)

Hello All,

I had another OP day yesterday,, I tried the Turkey & Bacon Wraps SBD and they were awesome, that is the first time I introduces a bread like substance, I felt bloated afterwards, BUT NO cravings,,,, It will be easy to make these on my own though and cheaper.

I passed my test yesterday.. Now for another one today. ughhh,, I soooo Miss the Work Force life.. School life is just to stressfull and some what boring to me.... (if that makes sense). Next week is Spring Break so I have a whole week of NOTHING to do,, other than the typical household chores, But I intend to hopefully get an excercise regiman started and see how I do with it........

Ok so I was not an angel :devil: this weekend...thank goodness I have a new week to focus on. Just found out 2 of my best guy friends are getting married, and I am going to meet my husbands family in June so lots of things to motivate me to look fabulous. :queen: I am so happy that I have not self sabotaged my loss (yet - did I say that, what a pessimist I am, freaky will understand) Anyway today I have to put some hours in at my at home job then go out of town this evening to get some photos done. My house is a wreck but I am not expecting company so it can stay that way till the weekend...I need to make it to the gym tonight no matter what...CARDIO is calling my name.

Here is to an OP day....'feel' those pounds melting away rewarding you all for your good OP behavior...


freaky - I hear ya on the one day outdoes all the good days gripe. Thats why we need to start having only good days *wink* :nono:

Sunlit - ewwww....6 packs a day of sugar free gum, :barf: that guy has some problems hehe

cottage - you SHOULD go to the park today...the sunshine is absolutely fabulous, :dancer: it makes you feel so good, although I drains me...if I am out for too long I get really groggy.

mamahulk - I am sending some much needed sleep your way...

Ruth - I think you are right to still be steamed about that whole situation.

Christine - congrats on your loss, I would say the group gaining as a whole could mean some were having success while others may have been slacking. Maybe you can motivate them...

Kiko - love your new avatar...

ckb - sorry if you have covered this, I have been gone for the weekend and yesterday...what are the training your deliver?

sarah - that does sound yummy!

batmomm - I used to work at a gym and was addicted to personal training, it is sooo expensive but you are right you work really hard. I know some gyms do group personal training where you can get together a group of friends or colleagues and the rate goes down for each person.

Demeter - I am so proud of you, it seems like everytime you pop in you have some great news about your success...keep it up chica! :grouphug:

Barb - break your exercise up into littler amounts...also amp up your everyday activities to make them count as exercise...clean really hard...take things upstairs in smaller amounts so you have to walk up them more...get mini walks in...every minute adds up.

Tammy - I had noticed you were gone, we are glad to have you back sweety.

Bat Cracking up at the name of the Little Gym class. :lol: I am going to take my little one to a class this summer. She turns one in June, so I think that will be perfect!

Barb What happened to the gorgeous weather we had yesterday??? I want the sun!!!!!

Just did a WATP workout- 2 giggling girls in my way, but I still managed to get my heart rate up! DD's friend is staying until this afternoon. Her mom and dad are on a cruise, (well deserved- they have 3 kids under 4 years old!) so I will deliver her to her aunt around 3:00 or so. We are going to let the kids play and then have dinner. I need to call and find out what the she is serving. I will be tacky and take my own food if it isn't something I can eat. Fortunately she won't care one bit!! My weigh-in is tomorrow and I want some good results. :)

Okay- need to hit the shower!

Morning gals! Just got back from Curves. I set up of my AVON books out & they were all gone, I WAS happy. Then another gal told me that my books were thrown out because the owner's sil sell's AVON. Sheesh.....all she had to do was ask me to pick them up. I don't know what the big deal is....everyone else is welcomed to put their business cards/etc out but mine get thrown out? UGH! Then I workout out & there was a gal there who would just exercise well.....she seemed to be over sex....does that make sense? Like on the step machine she would swing her hips & on the squats she would come up & thrust her pelvic out.....I was turning red just watching her. It was like a bad episode of Seinfield! OYI!
OK, well gals I'm off to work...have a great OP day!!

Just a quick post. My new boss started yesterday. So I might not be on as much as I usually am for a while :)

I weighed myself yesterday at the gym and am up nearly 2 lbs. I am totally bummed. But I know exactly why I'm up and I know how to fix it. I know I need to stay OP and watch my portions. Sometimes OP groceries are so expensive, though. It's just cheaper to eat bad, which is terrible! I hope this gain keeps me motivated to stay on my exercise plan.

I've got to run.

Hi Ladies
Depression has been keeping me away and onn and off Plan for example the 6 ferer roche i had last night
I woke up at 5 am this morning wrote some goals down that I have for myself that I felt got put on the backburner. . . then I woke DH up and told him finally
I feel like a weight has been lifted off my chest! so we're going to get a loan to get the car done So i can go back to learning how to drive and we're going to get me a scooter so I have more independence. I also Decided once these things fall into place I'm looking for a new job b/c I hate the one i have
so theres hope at the end of the tunnel.
I'm back on the beach with a lil 1.5 action all Ph 1 except for Fiber 1 and dannon light and fit to make sure things keep moving ahem
Soon was a wierd woman I find that at gyms /anywhere with Mirrors people make exagerated movements so they can watch themselves or other people will watch them Pah! i would have been embarassed too
Steph I have to concur on the dimples your cute enough to be illegal ;)
Kiko you inspired me when i get home I'm going to put her in the DVD player and listen to my knees talk to eachother!
Crock funny you say that I miss school so much!
