It has more trans fats since it has less sugar, but I find that the fats affect me less than the sugar does, so I think I'll be using that instead of the Free, Pear.
Has anyone compared the amount of sugar in a serving size of Cool Whip and a serving size of Light Whipped Cream (from the spray can)? I'm wondering because if the sugar is the same, the fat would be better for the latter--saturated instead of trans.
