I want to thank my "wonderful" former apartment complex for messing up the terms of our lease renewal, forcing me and DH to move at the last minute, meaning that I got a ton of extra exercise (boxes, hauling, packing, unpacking) towards the end of the month.

Great workouts.!!!I don't think I could ever get up to 2135 M. Luckily I get 1000M a month.
