    7 pounds yes SEVEN POUNDS!! This from someone who went on weight watchers for 2 months without cheating (well, hardly at all) and lost 3.2 pounds total, with all the "figuring out" stuff and adding stuff every single day....ARGH! I really like SB much, much more.

    I'm thrilled but also happy to be kissing Phase one goodbye & celebrating the 7 deadly, never to return pounds, with my long awaited GLASS OF RED WINE!!!! YAY!

    That's fabulous!! Enjoy your wine. On Monday I'll join you with a glass. I've taken up wine drinking over the christmas holiday. So far I like a cabernet souvingnon (sp??).......Hey, I think I'll post a thread on wine!!!
