Default Phase 2 Plan??

Hey everyone I just started Phase 2 and I'm kinda confused as to what kind of plan i should follow. I started with an apple a day so what else should I do?

Check out the suggestions in the FAQ section. Be sure to check out the Phase II food lists too.

An apple a day might be fine. Try it for a week and then add something else. Ease into it.
