Hey Chickies,
I was posting in my journal about my lack of motivation to get to the gym. I had someone reply with 'you know south beach discourages you from working out at all during phase 1." At which point I just thought that was absurd. Ofcourse I am not a guru on SB at all so I thought I would pose the question to you all. Are you supposed to work out during Phase 1? I procrastinate yes, but I am used to working out like 4 to 5 times a week so I think I can handle it. What do you all think?

Only you know what your body can handle, but just listen to it more intently these two weeks, so you aren't pushing yourself too hard, okay?
