Default Recommendations for SBD Quick & Easy?

I am considering adding this to my collection, but want to know what you all think? Who has it? Do they like the recipes? Are they actually "easy"?

Take a look at this thread http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/showthread.php?t=71159 if you haven't already. I list my favorites from the new and old cookbook. Most recipes take 30 minutes or less to prepare. None have been difficult. Some do have uncommon ingredients like the old book did (such as fish oil or chili paste) but lots don't and some of the ones that do are worth it when you taste the results. I cook more from this than from any other source right now and have recommended the book to many friends.

I got the book last weekend, and made three of the recipies this week. I love it. Most seem quick and easy to me, but I did have to shop for a few ingredients that I don't keep on hand. So far, so good! I recommend it.

This is the best cookbook I own. All but one thing, the peanut noodles, has been great. They're quick and easy just like the book claims. I highly recommend it.

Thanks ladies! I will probably get it then. I just didn't know if it would be worth it to me. But, I was menu planning today and thought it would be nice to have some new things to try!

Barb- Thanks for the link. I had missed it. Since I usually surf at work, I skip around. I will be buying this soon!
