Kierie, good for you on posting instead of eating!
When I was in P1 the first time, I found flavored herbal teas, SF gum, and SF hard candies indispensable. They really helped me through!
Try these non-food coping activities:
- Go for a walk (or in your case, a scoot?)
- Write in a journal (we have great ones here at 3FC, and people write comments back to you!
- Throw pillows, punch pillows, scream into pillows...
- Do a craft project or any other hobby that requires you to use your hands.
- Do some exercise
- Call a friend
- Post here!
