Yogurt Smoothie (1/2C ff plain yogurt, 1/4C ff evaporated skim and i/4C regular skim milk, 6 slices frozen banana and 4-6 frozen mixed berries, dash vanilla and Splenda to taste)

BBQ sauce (PI misc recipes)
Side salad of lettuce and cherry tomatoes dressed w/ garlic buttermik dressing (Adapted recipe from Phase I misc. I used much less mayo)

Choclate flavored coffee-Brothers Chocalate Swirl ( I make a little extra and freeze to make a soy latte later in the week)
