Fat, Carbs and Proteins question.

  • I tried to search the answers to this question in the forums, but could not find the answers. I was hoping someone could help.

    I use the fitday pc version and wanted to put in my daily limits for carbs, protiens, and fats since I am following SBD. I know it's not required to watch these closely, but I just want to know where all my calories are going and such.

    I found out the max for carbs is approx. 90g per day. Does anyone know the max for protein or fats???

  • I read somewhere that you need 1 gram of protein for every kilo of weight.
    As to fat, you need at least 20-30 grams per day in order to utilize the nutrients in your food.
    My fitday is usually - 40/30/30 but the first figure (carbs) is higher on bean days!
