djett, I totally sympathize with the Jacob's Ladder syndrome. I got on a crosstrainer at the gym on Saturday morning and punched in 30 minutes. Well, after 2 minutes I was pouring sweat. OK, if I can make it 15...10...I think I made it 8 and then retreated to the bike for my 30! I love the stationary bike, so I usually don't mind doing that for a hunk of time, but I know it is not burning as much as if I could stick it out on the crosstrainer!

McDonald's last night for dinner, I am feeling guilty about that, my last two days have been atrocious. I am going back into high gear and I think doing Phase 1 plus fruit for four or five days until I get my head back on straight!!! Get rid of that need for POTATOES. Man, I love potatoes. We were talking about Thanksgiving yesterday afternoon at work, maybe that is what ignited my french fry fire. SIGH!
