Tomatoes - Yea or Neigh?
OK Ladies...
I didn't see Tomatoes in the "Good Foods" list and I also didn't see Tomatoes in the "Foods to Avoid List"
So what's the verdict - Can we eat tomatoes on Phase1?
I hope so - Cause I'm CRAVIN' SALSA?!?!?!

They are in the Revised Phase I foodlist in the FAQ. The book says no but the revision says yes! Good stuff! Enjoy!

Sugar is EVERYWHERE...
I'm absolutely AMAZED at how many items have SUGAR!!! It's almost impossible to avoid
I'm going to need to dump my pantry and start over!!!

Don't forget that you are checking the ingredient list for added sugars, not the nutritional information for total sugar content. Some vegetables contain natural sugars and those are ok.
I was suprised to find they added sugar to the canned beans!
