Er... I'm ashamed to say that i had to drop out on day one.

I was so hungry that I couldn't sleep, so I had a bowl of cereal. I've done phase one before, so I know it's not impossible for me, but I've never been so hungry on this diet! I even ate tons of veg (mostly lettuce) and drank lots of water. I don't know what happened, but I was miserable. (Shaky, dizzy, etc. Like hypoglycemia.) I think I'm going to give it another go next Monday, and if I can't cut it, I may just go straight to phase two. Better than not doing it at all, right?
