I have a question: Is the "pork chop" you buy in a market (Shaws, etc) a loin or tenderloin? I see that that is allowed on Phase I (Which I am constantly on) and is that a "pork chop?" Pork is not something I am very expierienced with, so I was curious. Thanks!

I believe as long as its from the loin its ok

I think they are usually loin chops, but you could ask the butcher (if it doesn't say on the package label).
