Hi everyone! I'm on week 3 of the SBD and I've had wonderful success so far. Yesterday at work, we had a wedding shower for one of our co-workers. It included a pot-luck of snacks and desserts, and of course a wonderful cake! I decided that I would take the day off from the diet and indulge myself. I didn't go completely overboard, but for the rest of the day, I felt ill. This morning, I still feel like I'm hungover! I told my friends, that if I had known that I would feel like this, I would have drank something last night!

I never realized that sugar could cause this kind of a reaction in a person. I'm so happy to be back on program today! Anyone else experience something like this?
