WW Flour?
I found a recipe for a chocolate torte and the only thing I question is that it calls for 2 T. WW flour.
CHOCOLATE TORTE
Blend together in blender at least 45 seconds:
5 large eggs
Artificial sweetener equal to 3/4 C.
Add 1 C. pecans.
Blend for 90 seconds and add 2 T. WW flour
Blend some more and add:
2 1/2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. vanilla
3 T. cocoa powder
Bake for 20 minutes at 350F or until toothpick that is poked in the middle comes out clean.
Because of the WW flour, do I have to wait until Ph2 to make this? It's only 2 T. for the entire recipe. Any thoughts?
