I started on Tues. at 168. Despite my better judgement, I've been weighing in each morning...just as a gauge, not as an official weight, that will come on Tues. But, I was down 2 lbs. in two days - so it was very encouraging to me and keeping me on the right path. Well, I couldn't help but sneak on again Fri. and was down two more pounds! 4 pounds in 4 days, basically.

I was delighted. Well, today, I am back up 2 lbs.!!

Had I not been weighing in daily I would be ok - I mean a net loss of 2 lbs. is still good for 4 days...but I'm left wondering where I went wrong yesterday to cause that. Bloated? (I didn't drink much water yesterday at all.) Constipated? (Sorry TMI

- does anyone else on P1 have this problem?) Too many pistachios? (We were on a mini-road trip yesterday and they were my car snack, I honestly lost count.) Too much fat? (I had a Cobb salad at a restaurant - likely w/ full fat bacon and cheese - although not a ton of it.) Ricotta dessert? (I tried it last night for the 1st time, I thought it was so-so, and left me feeling pretty heavy. I think I'm sticking w/ SF Jello again for awhile.)
I know I'm being over analytical, b/c I'm still down and that's good...I just had my bubble burst a bit. I'm going to be very strick w/ myself today and hopefully undo tha damage!
