I'm glad to hear that eventually it will come off!!

I just barely made my July goal and thankfully set my August goal at 5 pounds, cant wait for the morning when I step on the scale and am down 5 pounds in 1 shot!!
I think wine is my downfall, I read somewhere that you can have 2 glasses per day but that they should only be 3-4 ounces each...

...well, mine are 8 ounces each

and I usually have 2!!! I generally dont eat many SF items so I am hoping that the fact that I consume twice the amount of wine wont effect me to much in the weight loss!!!
