I have been so faithful to the S.B. diet since last Friday! That's a long time for me - new eating habits, new recipies, etc. I really, really do feel that I've lost inches. My stomach is flatter, but I just went and weighed in, and have not lost anything. Does that come later or what? Please tell me that this diet works if you stick to it! I'm glad that I'm eating healthier, but is restricting myself so much for 14 days in Phase I really going to show me results? Please answer!Thanks.
