I feel pretty good today , starting 3rd day but I woke up in the middle of the night hungry , went to frig to drink milk then went back to sleep, I need to double my water, I live in AZ and I feel water logged, I went shopping and bought lots of veggies, when I had craving last night ate some baby carrots, of course Roxy (my wiener dog) ate half of them

I remembered reading on boards to eat lots of veggies so that is what I did, suggestions really do help

meeting with trainer tonight to get workout program, and workout, hope I can walk tomorrow
