Kyemom, I think they recommend the NS added Fudgesicles cuz they are so low in calories.
The Klondike bars sound great but the 90 calories exceeds what is recommended in a day for sugar free items.
I have been on phase 2 for almost 2 weeks now and would consider having the Klondike bar a few times a week but then would have no other sugar free item on those days. Some days I dont have any sugar free stuff so on the days when I do, I try not to feel bad if its 100 calories instead of 75!
