Morning Ladies. I just have to share my success today.
The scale and I have not been friends this month. Up and down and up and down but not going anything below current ticker. As of this morning I was finally down 4 pounds (don't change my ticker until it sticks for a week) and thinking how am I ever going to make it to my 5 pound goal for the month. It was measurement day so I was kind of dredding it but got out the tape measure anyway and Woooo Hooo!! My last measurement was on 7/3 and hear is the difference:
Chest - same as 7/3 - total overall loss 5 inches
Waist - 3 inches loss since 7/3 - total overall loss 10 inches
Hips - 5 1/2 inches loss since 7/3 - total overall loss 11 1/2 inches
I was so excited when I saw that, that I went into my closet and found a size smaller pair of pants. Yes I too have those "One day I'm going to get small enough to wear those again pants" and guess what? Today was that one day. Yaaaa Hoooo!!! I'm setting here in my one size smaller pants and one size smaller shirt and feeling great!!!
So for those of you who aren't loosing pounds don't get discouraged you may be loosing "weight" (ie inches) and just don't know it yet.
