Kyemom, I have been on phase 2 for 2 weeks and have lost 4-5 pounds so far, I lost about 9 on phase 1. I have introduced whole grain bread, fruit, crackers and whole grain rice and pastas back into my diet slowly and expect my weight loss to slow down to about 1-2 pounds a week. I set my July loss at 8 pounds and I still had a few days of phase 1 left when I chose that #, needless to say, I have to lose 2 pounds in a week to reach that.

I think 10 pounds in a month is alot to expect especially on p2, I'm lowering my expectations for August to I think 6 pounds that way I am not disappointed in myself if I dont reach it.

I started this diet at 174 pounds and I am 5 feet 6 inches tall, I now fluctuate between 160 and 163 (I tend to retain water

) its been really bad with all this humid weather!!! I figure if I set my goals a little lower than what I really would like to lose I will be pleasantly surprised when I exceed them!!!
