Default Beginning SBD July 11, 2005....

...actually, I was supposed to start July 1...but...due to the holiday weekend and other activities going on, I wasn't able to. But I did decided and have made a committment to myself to begin Phase 1 today!
So far I had a "Breakfast cup". I found the recipe here. For my morning snack I'm planning to have some nuts and for lunch some lunch meat with mozerella sticks. Not sure about dinner...probably just a grilled chicken breast with steamed broccoli and cheese. Wish me luck!!

Hi Sunkissed! Good luck to you!

I'm also starting today! First time to do SBD, I am a regular over at the 20 somethings...I wanted to try SBD to get past this plateau I've been at for a few mos now.

So far so good, boiled eggs for breakfast
lunch was chicken breast with green beans and sugar free jello
roasted peanuts for 1 snack
celery for another snack
dinner chicken and green beans again!

We can do this, it's only 14 days out of 365!

Hey! Thanks for the replies. I just did lunch and I ate rotisserie chicken (lunch meat) w/ 15 pepperonies (not sure if that's good for Phase 1 or not) and drinking water like CRAZY!!!!! I think I'm going to try hard boiled eggs for breakfast or lunch...i'm going to try the bacon, broccoli and cheese salad tonite (found recipe here on msg board). If that doesn't work, I have plenty of frozen chicken breasts and broccoli. "I'm looking for a miracle!!" Have a great day and I'll post again tomorrow with how well/bad I did on day one of P1.

Join the Starting Phase I - July 11 thread.
Chek out the Revised food list in the FAQ section. I think pepperoni is to be avoided. You definitely need to add more veggies and some legumes to your menu.

Starting today too. Scrambled eggs for breakfast, string cheese for a snack, and I have a big ol' salad with tuna and veggies for lunch. Grilled chicken and veg for dinner.

Fingers crossed.

@colz85...your menu sounds very good!! I've got to find something different to snack on! But all in all, right now I'm not hungry, I feel alright! But we'll see how things go once I'm at home. Good luck!!!
