I know I have MIA a few days. Been crazy at work.
But I have a question.
Had some beer last and the weekend before. I know it is not allowed, but, you know how things happen in good company.
Seeing as I had it 2 weekends in a row, should I just start over on P1?
I have not changed my eating, except with a SB bar here and there, and I have stalled at my 4lbs.
