Hi chicks,
I was here at the end of last year but never made it out of Phase 1 - 3 days was the most I could do before caving.
I'm here to try again. I know that I'm really sensitive to simple carbs, white flour, sugar etc and that this really will be the best lifestyle for me. I'm afraid, which is to be expected, I've eaten poorly for 30 years but change is always challenging. I know how supportive you all can be, so I'm thanking you in advance.

I came back to p1 on Monday last week and let me tell you these chicks have been what is keeping me going. Even though they aren't physically right here with me I can hear their encouragement all the time. It's like I have my own personal cheering section.

...but back on this week.........this board has helped me tremendously and the recipe section is a great tool for success.
