[Totally Neck-ed]

Hi all,

I got a great SB grocery list. If anyone wants a copy just email me for it. It is in Mircosoft Publisher.

Anyway... I am looking for some good - free - easy meal plans.... anyone have any or know where I can try them out? Phase 2 prefer but will also do phase 1. If there isn't one out there.. maybe I will have to do them myself.. it is sooo time consuming though.
