Smile Hello and Good Morning!
Hi everyone!
My name is Lisa and I'm 23. I am starting on the beach tomorrow, Thursday May 19th. I would have started earlier but I just some normal test results from my doctor today and I wanted to start a diet knowing I was okay in the other aspects of my health. I am doing SB with a really good friend of mine from work, we joined 3FC today! Her name is AngelShine90 and she has already lost 5 pounds on Phase I. *Grumble* I think doing this diet with a string friend will help me stick with it! I have trouble sticking to diets. Hopefully, this one is for keeps!
I am looking forward to losing some weight and more importantly, eating healthy! I have been reading 3FC for a while now and I hope to make some great friends on this board. You guys really offer great support and some really cool recipes! So, I am just saying hello!

Hi, Gryff! Welcome...glad to have you here! Don't stress about how many pounds you lose...think about how healthy you are getting. Each person loses weight differently, but in the end, it comes off.

Hi there!!! I'm new also and started Monday, so far so good!!! I didn't eat bread, pasta or potatoes before so this has been pretty darned easy for me. I just had to cut out my burritos and my wine consumption No, it's going better than I thought, there are some awesome recipes and the girls here are AWESOME!!!!! There are some serious cheerleaders here
