Looks like we all did okay for week one. I'm down 5.5 for the week but if you consider what I was eating before SB it's no surprise. Week 2 should be the slow week for me. Oh, I did lose 1/2 of the pound I gained.

Crap! I seem to be playing with the same pound. I'm back up the 1/2 pound so I'm at 155.5 Okay it's less then the 161 I started with but...I want the weight gone.

I took a little break from writing over the weekend, we actually had beautiful weather here, it's a miracle! I did ok over the weekend except for a bit of a slip up last night at Applebee's. I was so desperatly hungry I had some of the sampler platter with my husband. :^: Back OP and on track today though. :D So the DH lab tests came back good, his little swimmers are fine, so after a visit to my ob doc, I'll start my meds to try again for a little one! :) Anything new with anyone out there? :comp: |
Cashus, in case your doctor didn't tell you...clomid will give you the sweats at night. It seems like forever ago but that's the only bad thing I remember from it.

Cashus, why were you that hungry? :?: You are supposed to eat when you are hungry, but go for a lot of veggies and a bit of protein. It'll fill you up and keep you full. The sampler platter might have seemed like it would help at the time, but we both know it didn't keep you full for long. :( Applebees has lots of possible choices, especially after Phase 2. There are a couple things on the WW menu that work for SBD. You can get a meat dish served with a side (or two) of veggies--that would have really filled you up and been healthy, too! :D Are you now in week 2 of Phase 1? If you are supposed to be on Phase 1 until next Monday, I'd start over...no cheats in Phase 1 to reap the full benefits. You can do this girl...just learn from the mistake and make sure you take snacks with you so you don't get that hungry again! :D

I'm thinking of starting Phase II today. :shrug: I've been having a few slip-ups, and I think maybe I just need to move on and have some good carbs (fruit/oatmeal) instead of the little bags of chips I've been consuming. :rolleyes:
Still, I haven't eaten BIG bags, and that's a big hurdle for me. :lol: I think I'm verging on losing another pound. How's everyone doing? CASHUS, good luck with the baby-making! :grouphug: Lydia, what are going to have on your first day of Phase II? I LOVE the oatmeal with walnuts and cinnamon. It's cozy food. :) |
I've already promised dd that we would have oatmeal tomorrow. I'm still sitting on 155.5. I think it's fluid but I'm not sure what to do about it. I don't use salt and the only salty food I eat is celery and soon to be oatmeal. Ooops and cheese but I try to limit that to 3 sticks.
So I guess we're on to phase 2 tomorrow. Lydia |
