Default 3 days into phase 1

Hello all!
Just wanted to pop in and introduce myself... I found your forum while desperately trolling the 'net for phase 1 acceptable desserts... and you guys are life savers!

Anyway, my hubby and I started the Beach diet on Monday upon recommendation from my doctor since I am trying to achieve my second pregnancy. Between the diet and the fertility doc, hopefully we'll get there.

This looks like a really great spot to hang out with people suffering through the same things I am.

good luck to us all!

Welcome, Panda! Did you find the Peanut Butter Cup? It's to die for! I also love No Sugar Added Creamsicles, SF Jell-o (especially in little cups) with Cool Whip Free, and Philly Swirl SF popsicles (you can find them at Sam's Club).

Do you have PCOS? If so, you might find the PCOS forum here at 3FC helpful. Good luck to you on your conception...babies are so special.

Default Thanks

I do indeed have PCOS. I was diagnosed in 1997... 2 years after my first child was born. I gained almost 85 pounds in the last three months of that pregnancy, and have been 100 lbs overweight since.

Thanks for the warm welcomes from everyone, and I look forward to being part of the group.
