    Great idea:

    As far as the overdose... we've addressed this earlier, a few weeks back. You would need about 100 oz in a very short time period to even worry about it.

    I usually do 3 liters, but yesterday I think I only got in 2 liters.

    Today - I'm up to 1 liter so far.... 2 to go.

    Didn't do as well yesterday - only about 50 oz.... better today!
