ERIN!!! You are doing great! We just started this last week and you've lost a lot! Plus - you have stayed on plan, which is more than I can say.
Your weight can be a lot of things - sodium levels, amount of water you drink, going to the bathroom!!! Taking it by the week is a good idea. (Now - I'm a daily weigher except when I know I've been bad! So, this is hard for me too.) I weigh daily in the beginning - but then I do about 2-3 days a week. I have a "weigh-in" day. Then I weigh to see how I'm going, if I need to cut out cheese, nuts, PB - that can slow down my losses.
