I enjoy a smoothie daily, but Im not sure how to count it. Should it part of your meal, your meal or a snack? Can I have more than 1 a day if I leave out the almonds and ricotta..
I usually add 1 cup low fat milk, 2 tbs low fat ricotta, 1 scoop of protein powder(Soy), Sugar free flavorings, 8-10 almonds and ice.
Monday I go to Phase 2 and then I can add some fruit.
