I'm always trying diets. I really need to do something because I'm just disgusted with being overweight. I'm really hoping I can stick to this one. I did Weight Watchers 4 years ago and lost 23 pounds in 8 months. I slowly put 20 pounds back on. Need to lose it again so I feel good about myself.
Hey welcome aboard! Don't think of it as another "Diet" think of it as a new way of life! ;-) I guess you have the book already? Be sure and get the most recent food list in the F & Q section. There are a lot more food choices now than when the book was first published. Be sure and join us in the daily. I'm guessing you have twins?
