I don't miss bread at all or pasta. I guess I could add some fruit but I tried to eat a piece of melon and it was TOO sweet and I lost my appetite
So I tried a mini whole wheat bagel and it was too heavy..I think I may just continue with Phase 1 and just try to add some different things and hopefully I'll find a nice balance.Oh! My BF wants to know if he can eat grits with his eggs in the morning...I didn't know.


Ph 1 can be a killer, but you DID IT!! Congrats. Yep, those carbs can feel a little heavy after getting through Ph 1 but they'll help you with energy that's for sure!
I'd say do another week on Phase 1 and REALLY stick to it. No cheating!!
