Default Day one and I have a question

Is the V8 really necessary? It took everything I had to choke it down. I thought I read that if you double up on your veggies in the morning you can do without the juice? Any truth to that?

Thanks!
Jenn

I think if you really "go at it" with the veggies, you can skip the V8, Jenn.
Although a lot of us here (myself included) have actually gotten used to the taste and texture! Hard to believe, but true!

I guess I'm weird.....I love V8 juice. My dad used to drink it when I was younger & he always "share."

I never drink the V8 but I make sure my morning snack is vegetables. I eat at least 1/3 of a red pepper. Make sure you get 4 1/2 cups of vegetables a day and then you should be fine.
