Here's a pretty typical menu for me. I'm in Phase 2.
B: 2 egg omlette with a minimum .5 cup of veggies with lf cheese
S: string cheese or celery/cucumbers with hummus
L: large salad with protein (usually shrimp, chicken), GG crackers, berries or other fruit
S: same as other snack usually
D: salad, protein, a large portion of veggies, fruit, ww bread
I have a dessert about 3 times a week. Usually just sf jello or a sf fudgesicle.
I make veggies my main focus and use protein, grains as accent foods

I usually roast a huge cookie sheet of veggies at the beginning of the week and have some cold or reheated throughout the week. I love, love, love sauteed cabbage too. Great food, great fiber and very satisfying. I drink lots of water and exercise daily, usually taking it easier on the weekends.
