Default just starting SBD

Hi, Well I posted my intro in the recipes section earlier lol. accidents do happen!
Anyways, I am katie. Im 21, married, and mom to 2 babies-a 2 yr old, and a 3.5 mos old. I am 230lbs and looking to get to 130-150. Im 5'6 and not really built slight, i have my dads shoulder, so Im not sure if I could even get below 150 or if I should. So for now, my goal is going to be 150 and Ill see how I look at that weight if I get there. Im really looking forward to the SBD and Im very excited. Im on Phase 1 and plan to stay in phase 1 for 3weeks since I have so much to lose. Im doing weight lifting for my arms, crunches occassionally as i feel like it, and also bicycling on my indoor bike. Im hoping DH will see me losing weight and join in with me:
Hope to get to know many of you!!
Katie

Oh and a quick question, I see many people who have cellblocks saying Goal weight, current weight, and measurements, etc, how do I get one? I know how to do the weight loss ticker but dunno about the other stuff!thanks!

Welcome! I will tell you that SB is the best thing I have ever done for myself. I'm in day 7 of Phase 1 and although I've only loss 3 lbs so far, I feel the best I've felt in a very long time. First few days of sugar withdrawl were REALLY bad but push thru it and you'll be fine.

Welcome and Good Luck!!!!

Good luck to the both of you in Phase 1. I've been on the beach since last September and I've never looked back. It's a WOE that you can stay on for the rest of your life.

When you leave Phase 1, try adding just one thing a day for a few days to test out how it effects you. When I started Phase 2, the first thing I added was a grain for breakfast and I was ready to eat the paint off the walls by 10 a/m. Quickly realized that the trick is not only to ADD the food slowly, but also combine it with something that will slow down the digestion...like a good protein or a good fat.

Anyway...welcome to the beach. I know you are going to love it.
