Here is my exercise for the month-hopefully.
Im going to try to do 30mins a day /5days a week in my bicycle-so 150week=600mins for the month. Katie |

APRIL EXERCISE GOALS:
Goal for remainder of month (4/12 - 4/30) 8 days @ 30 min/day = 240 min. I'm starting small, because I want to focus on the food mostly in Phase 1. I usually ride my recumbant exercise bike.
