Intro

  • Hi , all . I am new to the forum and new to SB diet . I thought I would introduce myself. I am "nearly 40" (LOL) and I never really had a weight problem until my 30's. I lost on WW 2 years ago but recently became frustrated with WW when the Core program was lauched. I decided to join Curves and I have been going 3-4 times a week for 2 months. I still am not satisified with the results---this "belly fat" is hanging on for dear life!! I hope to do well on SB. I bought the book yesterday. I look forward to "meeting" all of you!
