Hello,
I'm returning to the Beach after about a 9 plus absence. I have gained some weight back and feel so disgusted with myself. I just started Weight Watchers about 3 weeks ago and have lost only 4 pounds

I was lurking through and found that I might be able to combine SB and WW. After my initial re-start I will try it, or can I try it now on Phase 1. Any advise would be helpful. Glad to be back on the Beach!!!!! Thanks!!!!!!!!
