AZlowcarber - congrats! That's wonderful! I must admit I am jealous. Hopefully I will lose a few more this month to meet my goal. Congrats again!! That's a wonderful start!!!
amb_lyn - It looks like only 8 was her February goal and the rest was in January. Once you are out of phase 1, it is best to lose 1-2 pounds a week maximum.
I really don't know why I am losing so well. LOL...I'm just eating lots of veggies, protein and a small portion of fruit and grains each day. I exercise almost everyday as well. I think something just clicked for me with this plan. Also, I used to be really obsessed with menu planning, etc. but that has stopped. I don't think about food much at all. A very nice feeling!
