Happy New Year from a Newbie

    I just wanted to say Happy New Year to you all, and let you know I'm new to the forum. I'm starting South Beach today because I realized I put on 10 or 12 pounds in the last year and want that trend to STOP! I've been "lurking" for a while and I'm so impressed with how you all support each other and how well you're all doing. Best wishes to you all, and I hope we all have a healthy, happy and successful New Year.
