Bad, bad, bad. That's been my eating habits for the last week. I lost a lot -- starting a new relationship will do that to you. Now that I am miles away from her, I am eating a lot of crapola.
(well, on top of the fact I am eating whatever is free)
Ok, I need to get back on track. And my b-day is no excuse either.
I have to start tomorrow!!!!

Happy Birthday Jenn! You have done so, so well with your weight loss, but I understand the allure of free food and fast food when you're really busy and not at home. Can you add some exercise to ward off too much gain?

Yup -- I am in Oregon until November 3rd. It's been hectic. Thanks for all the birthday wishes! It's hard being away from friends and home but these people have been fabulous!
I am so far away from everything, I have to drive. But I am going to start getting up early and walk -- I am right ON the river and want to get out there. Now, I have to buy a rain jacket of course

Hope that you can get some walks in...I know it can be hard when you are at the mercy of what food is available! Is this helping with finances though, since you don't have as many expenses?
Not as many expenses Laurie? I don't follow? I still have my rent and bills to pay. I have to eat but can't cook and buy good things as I literally DO NOT have the time. Nor can I excercise -- I get up at 6a and home at 11p! I just have to try to wake up earlier is all.
I don't remember showing a picture of the girl I am seeing. It's hard though, being that we only started dating and now I am gone for 3 weeks. I do have pictures, but no way to resize from here or I'd share. Email me or PM me for one

Shucks, Jenn, I thought maybe without food and laundry expenses...or are you just doing that away from home (and thus it's even more expensive?) There is that no sales tax thing in Oregon, though.

I know...long distance relationships suck! My DH and I lived a couple hours apart for the first year of our relationship...he was in grad school and I was doing my teaching preparation. We didn't see each other much! But it did work out...so you never know.
